We reserve the right to refuse payment via Credit Card or Paypal and to ask you to pay via final money order transfer to our bank account at any time for any reason at our sole descretion and without any obligation to give reasons.

Shipment and Delivery

Shipping and handling charges on all single orders are US$ 12.00 fix regardless of size and volume. They will be added to your order automatically. Express shipping might be possible at conditions shown during checkout process.

Shipment is subject to payment of the purchase. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by opticalstars until goods are paid for by the purchaser. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon the payment of goods and acceptance of shipment by a common carrier. Although we ship all merchandises only as insured parcel, opticalstars does not bear any risks of loss and damage to the merchandise from the time the same has cleared opticalstars fulfillment house.

We apply reasonable efforts to make ready the merchandise for shipment within 5 business days after we have received your payment. In case of non-availibility of merchandise we will inform you accordingly and refund your payment (if received by us). We will inform you by email as soon as your merchandise has been shipped. We ship through a common carrier (normally German Postal Service DHL “Deutsche Post AG DHL”). However we may choose another carrier at our sole discretion. Shipping regulary will take between 7 to 14 days after ready for shippment date from Germany/Europe to your business location in North America (USA, Canada). In some exceptions it may take some days longer for the merchandise to arrive due to weather conditions or any other reasons caused by the carrier and/or customs authorities. It might also have an influence if you are located in a big city or the more outer areas of the country. On special request we will provide you with the order tracking code of the relevant carrier in order for you to check the status of your shipment. For the Customer's protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of your credit card / Paypal account / Bank account.

Returns and Refunds

• On B2B services we neither offer nor accept any returns nor exchanges on any merchandises purchased on the web site. All sales are final. However, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order we ask you to get in contact with us.
• On B2C sales we accept 1 item return per customer, return&refund fee is 20% on retail sales price. There is no refund on any shipping costs. Only items returned in mint condition are refundable. Written Request of return&refund number and instructions prior to return is obligatory. 

Third-Party Product

All merchandise sold are in mint condition else it is cleary described within merchandise description or on the Site. All merchandise sold are third party merchandise and are subject to the warranties and representations of the applicable manufacturers. All merchandise sold by opticalstars applies to current European CE product standards already by the applicable manufacturers. In case of any warranties and representations of applicable manufacturers we will pass these through to the applicable manufacturers. Please contact us via email to with relating order number. We do not accept any requests from end customers.

Spare parts for all merchandise sold are available to order a minimum of one year after order date as long as the spare parts are available from the applicable manufacturers.

In case of material faults on the merchandise sold (not in case of misuse or careless handling) we will handle your request and pass it through to the applicable manufacturers for verification and replacement up to one year after order date. In case of material faults and non-availibility of necessary spare parts or replacements from the applicable manufacturers we will refund the product price to you up to one year after order date. This does not affect the validity of the “Disclaimers and limitations of liability” hereinafter described in this document.

Colors

Opticalstars has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the merchandise that appear on the web site. However, since the actual colors you see will depend on the photos and your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the photos and/or your monitor will accurately display the actual colors of the merchandise.

Binding Agreement

Opticalstars’ order confirmation and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed the final and integrated agreement between opticalstars and you on the matters contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Modifications are only valid if accepted by opticalstars in writing. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale Agreement and our invoice shall control.

Governing law and place of jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles) govern this agreement and any sales and all matters arising out of or relating to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement. You consent that all legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be brought solely before the courts in the City of Munich, Federal Republic of Germany.

Severance Clause

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.

The terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy govern the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of merchandise through our web site.
